1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of FootyPulse.org ("the Site"), operated by:

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use FootyPulse. By creating an account or using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The Site contains content related to sports betting which is intended for adults only.

3. The Service

FootyPulse provides:

• Football statistics, fixtures, standings, and match data
• Mathematical predictions and betting analysis
• Dropping odds and market movement tracking
• Betting site reviews and comparisons
• Blog content about football and sports betting
• Telegram-based tips and alerts

FootyPulse is not a gambling operator. We do not accept bets, process wagers, or offer gambling services. We are an informational platform that reviews and links to third-party betting operators.

4. Accounts

You may create a free account to access personalised features (favourites, bookmarks, Telegram integration). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

5. Premium Subscriptions

5.1 Pricing & Payment

FootyPulse Premium is a paid subscription that provides additional features. Prices are displayed on the Premium page and are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.

5.2 Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

5.3 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Forbrugeraftaleloven in Denmark), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by subscribing to FootyPulse Premium and gaining immediate access to digital content, you explicitly consent to the service starting immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been made available to you.

If you have not accessed any premium content within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by emailing contact@footypulse.org.

6. Affiliate Links & Advertising Disclosure

FootyPulse contains affiliate links to third-party betting sites. When you click these links and register or deposit at a betting site, we may receive a commission from that operator. This is how we fund the platform.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content, ratings, or predictions. We are editorially independent and our reviews reflect our honest assessment.

In compliance with the Danish Marketing Practices Act (Markedsforingsloven), we disclose all commercial relationships. Pages containing affiliate links are clearly marked.

7. Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice

Past performance of predictions is not indicative of future results. Odds and predictions are based on statistical models and may be inaccurate. Always do your own research and gamble responsibly.

8. Responsible Gambling

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Team logos and league imagery are property of their respective owners and are used for editorial/informational purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, Norden Media Group ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses from betting decisions made based on content found on the Site.

We strive to keep all data accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any information on the Site. Sports data is sourced from third parties and may contain errors or delays.

11. Third-Party Sites

FootyPulse links to third-party websites (betting operators, Telegram, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of these external sites. Use them at your own discretion.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on the Site. Continued use of FootyPulse after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
